CHALLENGES:

An international public speaker and administrator for multiple organizations, faced challenges with their website, which struggled to collect leads, was difficult to navigate, and omitted information visitors were seeking. Additionally, the website needed a market strategy that incorporated story branding to drive engagement. The client aimed to address issues to improve both micro and macro conversion rates.  The client’s website suffered from low traffic and insufficient conversion rates. The site required development and design for an attention grabbing  website. The inefficient design and functionality was limiting the amount of email sign ups, email leads to client, calls to client, bookings on clients’ website and payments made on clients website. The client required marketing copy graphic design work for images, story branding marketing strategy and social media content.

SOLUTION:

I spearheaded the enhancement of the website by redesigning it for optimal usability, implementing advanced SEO strategies, and creating compelling marketing content. As a result, conversions increased by over 61%, user engagement significantly improved, and lead submissions experienced a remark 72% boost. The revamped website now serves as an effective tool for the client’s goals, combining functionality and digital marketing strategy.
